Spa Policy
Appointments
​​​Please call the spa to reserve an appointment. A credit card will be required to hold your appointment for multiple services.​​​
​
Cancellations
We understand things happen, if you need to cancel an appointment we will require 24 hour notice. If appointments are not cancelled within the designated time, 20% of the cost of the treatment will be charged. Thank you.

Consultations
Are required prior to any laser hair removal service, chemical peels and medical weight loss treatments offered. Please be advised clients may or may not be eligible for medical spa treatments based on health contraindications.

​Before your Treatments
Arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment will allow you to complete our health intake profiles. Please understand that late comers will incur the full fee for shortened treatments.

Age Restrictions
We do ask that if you are under 18, you bring a parent with you for consent purposes.

Pregnancy
If you are pregnant, or believe you may be, please inform us when you schedule your appointment and when you arrive at our office.
​
​​Personal Property
We suggest that you leave your valuables at home, as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
​
Gratuity
Our therapists take special care in providing you with individual attention and appreciate your generosity. Gratuities are not included in the cost of the treatment. The recommended standard gratuity is 20%. An envelope will be provided at the front desk for your convenience. Cash is greatly appreciated.

Payment
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash and Care Credit.

Gift Certificates
Spa certificates make the perfect gift for any occasion. They may be used toward treatments or packages, (unless otherwise noted) and must be presented at time of service. Gift certificates are not refundable.
Late Arrivals:
Please plan to arrive on time to fully enjoy the time we have reserved for you. If you are late, that time will be deducted from your total treatment time. Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Please allow 5 minutes for parking. Your timely arrival is appreciated.
Returns/Refunds
We do not give cash refunds for prepaid procedures or programs or services. In most circumstances spa credit will be issued for other availabe treatments at managment discretion.
Product Returns
Returns for unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt, proof of purchase. We apologize, however, can not accept returns for opened items as our manufacturers do not accept returns of opened items. We appreciate your business and want to see results with all clients/patients.
