APOSTOLIC/PROPHETIC MENTORSHIP AGREEMENT

Note, in order to make the most of this experience and journey, we would accept nothing less
your full commitment to Christ first and second the the process detailed below. Ann uses a
biblical 3-point process to exploit the gifting and dynamic leadership already within you. This
process has three phases (deliverance, development and deployment) the details of each
phase is ATTACHED. The period of achievement of each phase is up to you.

 

Our commitment to you is to assist and facilitate you with the ongoing process of God’s Holy
Spirit to refine, and liberate you to shine as bright as Jesus does. This work of the Holy Spirit
should not be taken lightly. Therefore, we consider it an honor and privilege to train/mentor
you for ministry. Ann will give nothing less than 100% of everything that God has placed inside
of her and is still developing. Your life will never be the same as you embark upon this
journey, just as the word says that “Irion sharpens, iron, so a man sharpens another.” You will
be refreshed and inspired to run the race and win the prize of our high calling in Christ Jesus.
Lastly, we would find it rather unfortunate but would be remise not to note that during this
process if we are unable to resolve a dispute, we may feel it necessary to depart from this
commitment as led by the spirit.

 

This will not be an occasion for future ministry references nor
slander nor public discussion of our relationship. ARM ministry is committed to integrity
through confidentiality of all your matters and even disclosure of names of any mentees. We
would only ask that in the case of doctrinal or spiritual dispute a 3-week time of fasting and
prayer before breaking ties with this God ordained relationship. We would ask that all mentees
keep the same confidentiality of information shared from Ann that may be of personal nature
for the sake of Godly commitment and honor in the ministry of Jesus Christ.

Commitment is a necessary element for any mentor relationship, and especially discipleship.
